Sunscreen protects your skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays that can cause sunburn, premature aging, and increase skin cancer risk. Essential for all outdoor travel, especially in tropical and high-altitude destinations.
Minimum SPF 30, ideally 50+

40-80 minutes for beach/water activities
